Objective

Proximity Par

Proximity Par is a 9 or 18-hole game for your chipping/pitching. It replicates playing on the golf course or tournament play. The goal is to score as low as you can.

Directions

Place cones or some marker in 9 or 18 locations around the practice green. Place the cones in a verity of positions of easy to hard. You will hit one ball from each site. Make sure you make a legal drop when you place your golf ball.

Scoring

Level 3 (Hard)

  • One pace from the hole: Birdie

  • Two paces from the hole: Par

  • Three paces from the hole: Bogey

  • Four paces or more from the hole: Double Bogey

Level 2 (Novice)

  • Two paces from the hole: Birdie

  • Three paces from the hole: Par

  • Four paces from the hole: Bogey

  • Five paces or more from the hole: Double Bogey

Level 1 (Beginner)

  • Three paces from the hole: Birdie

  • Four paces from the hole: Par

  • Five paces from the hole: Bogey

  • Six paces or more from the hole: Double Bogey
